Returns and Exchanges
DIAMIND accepts returns of in-stock jewelry and made to order jewelry within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Your jewelry must arrive to us unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Misused jewelry or jewelry altered by a third-party jeweler is not eligible for return. All returns require an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of items being received.
In-Stock Jewelry
- In-stock jewelry under 700 USD can be returned via the Contact Us page
- Items can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery for the same design in a different color or size, provided the price remains the same.
- Return and exchange shipping will be handled by the customer with their courier of choice.
Made To Order Jewelry
- Email us to request a return for items over 700 USD and made to order jewelry.
- Return and exchange shipping will be handled by the customer with their courier of choice.
- Each customer is permitted one return per style, and in case of exchange, the second selection is considered final sale once the first piece is returned.
International Returns
- At this time, DIAMIND is unable to provide international return shipping. Please use a trusted courier, as DIAMIND is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit coming back to us for a return. It is always best to insure your returning shipments.
- Your shipping fee and duty / tax paid are non-refundable.

Resizes
- If you’re unsure of your ring size, it is best to visit a local jeweler to have a professional size your finger.
- Infinity bands cannot be resized and must be returned and repurchased in the correct size.
