For fine jewelry pieces, DIAMIND accepts returns of in-stock jewelry and made to order jewelry within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Your jewelry must arrive to us unworn, unused, and in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. Please review the returns and exchanges policy at this link.
As every engagement ring order is custom made for each client, we do not offer the ability to cancel, refund, or exchange an order once it is placed.
Your DIAMIND orders always come with fully insured worldwide express shipping, free of charge for orders above $1,000, and take 2-3 days to arrive once shipped.
Prices and shipping fees for international orders do not include Import and Customs Duties, Value Added Taxes (VAT), tariffs, brokerage or other fees that may be levied by the destination country. DIAMIND is not responsible for these fees, nor for Customs-related delivery delays.
We offer Tabby financing on all orders within the UAE and KSA. On the product page directly under the product name, you can find the Tabby monthly price, and you can select that option at checkout! Payment options through Tabby are subject to an eligibility check.
Our lab grown diamonds are supplied by one of the largest lab grown manufacturers based in the UAE, sourcing the perfect stone for you from Belgium, Hong Kong, the US or India. All diamonds larger than 0.3 carats come with an IGI certification.
